It features the AWM2 engine, allowing for highly versatile sound design. This sample and synthesis engine accurately replicates the sounds of acoustic instruments, synthesizers, and percussion.

The FM-X section offers distinctive and highly expressive synthesis technology, making it highly customizable and perfect for music producers. The MODX6+ now features an expanded onboard memory of 1.7GB, equivalent to the Montages, allowing for greater storage of sounds and patches. It even has a built-in USB audio interface so you can use it for computer-based music production. The MODX6 Plus includes a download code for Steinberg’s Cubase AI software, enabling immediate access to digital music production right from the start.
